"The driver was punctual, polite and friendly. Due to heavy traffic we were unable to complete the journey as expected, but this is in no way a reflection of the driver or the Taxi company. Just grid locked traffic due to tube strike near Kings Cross train station. The journey still took 90 minutes to travel just over 6 miles and we shared wonderful conversation with the driver throughout the journey"

"Only criticism is that I called the company when I arrived and they said I had no booking (even after I received a call earlier that day to confirm and passed them the correct booking number). I was really stressed but the driver managed the get in touch after to let me know I was there. Other than that, very good!"
